I'm alone in the woods, there's nobody here,
It's getting darker,and I'm filled with fear

I look around, but to no avail,
They've gone on ahead, and left no trail.

The trees are dark, I can't see a thing,
Oh I wish the Lord had given me wings.

It's times like this, I call on the Lord,
He's always there, whether I'm scared or bored.

It's getting colder, but he's coming here,
Coming to rid, me of my fear.

I'd better get moving, my feet are numb,
But I'm not alone anymore, the Lord has come.
