Unit 8 Day 3

Father,

Let me know your son and his power.

To become like him and draw ever closer each day I have breath.

Let me share his suffering to bring the joy and voice he lent me at the cross to the world.

To empower others not through my body but in his name.

To awaken the lost and wrest the prisoners from the enemy.

For it is enough that I have peace and rest in you.

Yet let me never step away from your goal.

Let me go forth and take possession of the strongholds that war against you.

Let me reveal the treasures that heaven has in store for the laborers.

I will show them by being a humble example and faithfully stepping forward to suffer in your name.

Let me be a noble in your court by giving away love to others in the manner you have given it to me.
