Lord, shake the world. Our waters have grown still and are filled with the leaves of the dead.

Lord, shake the world over the shifting sands. For your works to be revealed.

Lord, praise your name in day and through night!

For your way is right. Your way is life!

Lord, shake the world so we fall to our knees before you.

Shake the world to lay us low. For you are the one above us. You are the one we adore.

Let all know what strength is yours!

Let all then become meek and know my Lord is whom they seek!

So shake the world O’ my Lord.

Not to break it. But to make it, look to you again!
