Father,

Somewhere in this world you are at work right now.

Our mind has not far to wonder, to imagine what to do.

For somewhere in this world someone is cold and hungry.

They suffer alone and are cut off from their home.

Without a family, a path or a hope. Where shall they turn O’ Father.

Where is our heart today? If we can rest knowing that one small action we take can lead to their being lost or saved?

For Father we must turn to you and see where you are. There you are pointing to those who are alone.

So we are invited to share you with them. To be in your presence is to be home for both of us.

Let none be lost my Father. Let none be lost to the body of Christ. Yet it is you who give increase and things we have need.

So it is to you we shall give our thanks. Forever and ever we thank you O’ GOD.
