Why should I cry?
When ther's no one who cares.
That I'm hurting inside
and filled with despair.

To be all alone
on a cold, dark beach.
To desire that...
which I can not reach.

I see a figure out in the sea
and it fills me with such fright!
For this figure is calling to me
in the cold, dark, stillness of night.

"DON'T SHED A TEAR NOR HAVE A FEAR"
this figure says to me.
"FOR I AM WITH YOU, I AM ALWAYS NEAR
AND SHALL BE ETERNALLY".
