Our hearts grow together
Like sun and moonlight you light up my life

I can write this poem because you have given me the words
You love me through and through
You help me to achieve thing I never believe I could do
You are just that special someone God sent
You have already proved your love
We will always be together because our love is so great
Our love blossom all year round
