Pictures on the Wall (Foster Children)

I sit and look at the pictures on the wall.
I wonder what happen to them,
If anything at all.
I remember that day I looked in their eyes,
The tears were there I wanted to cry.
These sad little children wanted to die,
You couldn't help notice the fear in their eyes.
Their family was gone that's all they know,
But, give them the love and watch them grow.
They learn to love and trust in you,
But, it's time to go back to the family they knew.
It's very hard to say good-bye,
When you see the tears swelling in their eyes.
When you're sitting alone on a very dark night,
That's when you miss them with all your might.
So, when your starting to feel so sad,
You have to remember the good times you had.
And when you're sitting alone and tall,
Remember those children that hang on the wall.
