Picture Boulevard

Pictures of you, pictures of me
Locked in the frames of history

A boulevard of frozen smiles
Lining the street for miles and miles

Pasted around us on both sides
Memories awaken, as they slide

Seeing the faces come into view
Getting a taste of deja vu

Photos that make me reminisce
That flips the biggest frown with bliss

Clips of me, my very first
You held me in your arms at birth

Seeing the joy there on your face
Shining upon me, just like grace

Pictures on pictures zooming in full..
The day I had my first tooth pulled

Funny faces peering out
With their tongues both sticking out

Baptism, Christmases, birthdays, shows
Pictures of us angeling in the snow

Pictures of family, pictures of friends
Pictures so pivotal, how they transcend

Little gems and kodak moments
Your never far and never absent

Remembering days and days of old
That takes the bitter from the cold

These pictures were and still they are
Far stretching down the road, so far

Time streams by, you're still the same
Can only praise you with acclaim

Through years you've been my saving calm
For now and always, thank you Mom

Beautiful

Straight from the heart Bryce. that was sweet.
