As the days and nights go by...
I know that the Lord is by my side.
He comforts me in spite of my weaknesses...
He covers me in His blanket of peacefulness.
He walks with me when I feel alone...

The darkness comes from deep within
lurking...seething
trying to smother
out any existence of my soul.

The war rages on..

that flicker of light...
