GREEN

I love the lush of evergreen
From mountain slopes and down the streams
The silver streak the warm sun beam
And the morning dew upon my skin

When I’m out there on city streets
And longs for home to rest my feet
I simply slip behind the trees
In city parks with turf underneath.

Once I was stuck on a desert land
With blazing heat and burning sun
Those times I longed for verdant lawn
And the wildest breeze of south monsoon

The sight of light with flash of green
Brings dose of desires and lovely hymn
Like Irish fiddle played on a corner
That truly resounds an intimate serenading

Same here

When I'm in town I just long to be out in the country, where it's just you and the sky around...a perfect poem.

Hi there!
