Separate worlds
in your eyes, i'm only a face;
another contribution to this overpopulated race
in your heart i'm only a scar
someone who was so close but now admires you from afar
in your hands, my hands should rest
but my compassion didn't pass your test
your expectations tore me down,
wore me out,
pushed me down,
and left me alone
i tried to show you what i'd rather us be
but mere acquaintances is whare our relationship shall be
i pass you in the hall, and hint a smile
but your dagger-sworn stare pierces me a while
your daggers tore me down,
wore me out,
pushed me down,
and left em alone
you've left me here, desolate alone,
alone to save myself as my life begins to burn
when your wrists bleed as your skin is torn
your tore your life down
wore yourself out
you pushed yourself down
now we're in separate worlds, all alone on our own

Very nice
I love the hidden meanings implied...
