Make Someone Else's Day
Pleasantries and words,
Smiles and socialites
Are not always bad.
They make the heavy light.
Just because you're not
As happy as a jaybird
Does not mean you should
Turn a smile to curd.
Some say it's pretentious,
And some say it's fake.
But is bright'ning someone's day
Really not that great?
No matter how much blue
Is in your life right now,
If you wear a smile,
Then you feel right somehow.
Your problems put aside
And make a better day,
Even if inside,
The stress won't go away.
And the next thing you know,
As you smile at someone else,
They smile back at you!
Yes, that winning smile sells!
And then you really don't
Have to "fake" at all.
For your smile's real;
You feel free and tall!
Make someone else's
Day a little brighter,
And you make your own
Heavy burden lighter.

Beautiful!
I do agree with you. And I
I do agree with you.
And I have seen it to be true.
Thank you again kind sir for your words
They are powerful and healing
Very well said.
Very well said.
Words are like magic.
