Most women would say it,
Or yell it out loud,
And some would just flaunt it,
And show and be proud,

All trying to gain the
Attention of a man,
and hoping that all will
Go well with their plan.

But then I heard a soft,
Quiet, humble whisper;
Yes, I heard a gentle
Whisper in my ear.

This lovely little whisper
Said, "I believe in you,
And my belief in you
Is strong and will hold true."

That wonderful, small whisper
Said it better than all else,
As none before has done,
She in my heart now dwells.

Many promise kisses,
And many do kiss too,
But none of that compares
To the heart kiss from you.

I feel it stronger, better
Than the best I ever got,
Because it's from your heart
And deceitful it is not.

In dreams I kiss you back,
In hopes that one day soon,
That lovely little whisper
Will kiss me by the moon.
