Lies the trustkiller

Say them without proper thought,

Thinking a way to peace you bought.

Instead the truth, it came out,

killing trust, deceptions clout.

How many lies have you told?

To best friend who supposed to be gold?

Crushing pain in the heart is wrought,

all because of lies, given with no thought.

No thought of the one lied to,

How they feel when they knew.

When the truth won out over love's disbelief,

That a best friend lied, to give them relief.

Play it as small , unimportant sure.

But trust has been breeched can friendship endure?

Hard to say how this will play out,

All that's known is truth always shouts.
