Is it too cold?
Or exactly right
Is it too deep?
Or right for my height
Is it too murky?
Or does it emit light
Is it too rough?
For man to fight
Is it too salty?
For one to taste
Is it too dirty?
Full of waste
Is it too rank?
Makes one insensate
Is it with effluent?
Not for the palate
Will the earth’s rape continue?
By man’s insatiable greed
Will desertification grow?
As the affected plead
Will the rich get richer?
With no taxation to impede
Will the world still be deaf?
To his brothers’ need
Why is no one bothered?
About our liquid resource
Why are we only involved?
In our own pet cause
Why are you only reading?
Not giving a thought
To the alarming rate
At which Earth is being lost
