Sun’s fading Glow

Sitting in a chair
I see him
Surrounded by the
by the suns fading glow

My pulse quickens
Time stands still
My heart skips a beat
waiting ...watching.... there

There he stands
He smiles, love fills the room
I stand, my love for him
Filling my eyes, and my heart

He pulls me close
Arms around each other
His head resting on my shoulder
And as he whispers the words
