New Found Glory

In all your new found glory
You've forgotten what you've left behind
You have forgotten your life's story
The things that made you mine

You don't recall the past
The present is the problem
Your growing up too fast
You are becoming one of them

You see i miss the way we were
Our smiles, our laughs, the memory of it all
Once indelible memories start to blur
You and I are in free fall

And if you should decide to stay
We can live our life as a cliche

Adorable!

That last line--grabs heart--oh, it got me! So cute! This is a very bitter-sweet poem, where it is sweet, there is also sadness at in the fact that things are being lost and fought for. Good poem. Nice job =]
