You Have The Right
Were you kind and humble
And grateful for all gifts given?
Did you love life and grumble
At the wicked and darkest sin?
Know that I was too. My kin
Shall weep for me as yours for you,
Living in lands far, wide and thin,
Equal in all beyond colours new.
Your purpose seems to rip through
Flesh and Iron Shield all the same
And you have the right in lieu
Of my resistance to your maim.
Feel however you may for my role
But do not ever judge my soul.
