Hands of Immortality
Mine are hands of immortality!
You know, I'll sit the day away,
eating up the hours
with an abundance of ink.
On a hunt for inspiration,
my brain is cramping-
but relief won't come
without a victorious pen,
strutting across the paper.

Like the way you think :-). Yeah, same here, I usually try to think of things that I've never read and just write...Or just write in general. I am never really done with the day until something is written down, whether a journal, poem, or just writing like a madman!
