NATURE'S WAY
Without appeal
spiders hang suspended
on filiments of steel.
When do they weave
their silken webs
poised to receive the morning dew?
An unsuspecting prey,
without a hunch
or revelation of the evil invitation
that awaits them there within the lair,
as they drop by in time for brunch.
A lovely woven beauty,
appealing to the eye
is the spider's duty to the appetizing fly.
