Gabriel Part 1:

In the darkness of the night I walk,
Shackled to this plane by fears of my mind,
Whispers of horror and tales of shadows plague me,
The world is bleak and grey,
Filled with death and pain,
In this time of sorrow, I stand in the rain,
And I cry because the savior I will never find.

To mortal men, life will forever be a game
It is unforeseen when they will realize,
That the fates can never be tamed.
The scared fire will burn black in their hearts,
As the whispering wind caresses their infested minds.
The earth cracks beneath their ignorant feet,
Deep within the shadows, for the fallen children,
The light mother weeps.

Tears of blood streak my face as I watch the world and see its fate.
Children’s screams echo through the night,
As they’re homes and lives are torn apart,
Pain pierces their minds and hearts like the sharpened point of a dart.
When will they realize that the Messiah can never save them?
For it is too late.

Hell will never rise,
Heaven has already fallen.
The light has been diminished,
As the darkness corrupts us.
In this time, in this era,
Peace will only be found in the clutches of lust.

Michael, Raphael, Uriel, Ametiel.
I cry for my brethren,
As their light is stolen,
Their inner demons have arisen.
Blue eyes fade into brown as I cloak myself,
From enduring the pains of hell.

Falling, was the first thing, I truly felt,
As distant voices echoed inside my head,
Their orders clear but all I can think of is the others.
Each one traveled the same path,
What was their fate?
What awaits me?
We have gone to a place,
Where the light is cursed
And the darkness blinds the soul.
This is a place,
Where even angels fear to tread.
