its very often that
nations clash like rolling thunder
for little reasons like,
money, oil and selfishness
while we, the normal people watch on
our sons and doughters die
for rich mens quarels
as we watch on
countless lives are lost
as we watch on
our leaders tell us there is nothing to fear
and yet they live in there bunkers
behind there walls
almost as if they believe there own lies
as we watch the news of our "crusade"
isn't it odd?
when we chose our leaders, they promised us peace
is this peace?
is this the peacefull future where children of different race play together that they promised us?
if it is, then i want no part of it
leave me out
as i watch on, in disgust
our leaders agents take me away
is this the colorfull future we've been waiting for...
