SITTING AND CHATTING

Sitting and Chatting -

I am but a face to these unmet people.
I chase them with my stranger eyes,
And fantasize that we should meet,
And have a seat and sit and chat,
And after we've sat, we'll be on our ways,
These are the days in the time of Tomorrow,
We stuff them full of laughs and sorrow.
We borrow each other's pleasure and pain,
To gain a grip on life's simple meanings.
Screening the facts into frivolous fiction;
The friction of diction of insults in ears,
They generate invisible fears,
But it is not too late.

I am but a face to these unmet people.
I chase them with my stranger eyes,
And fantasize that we should meet,
And have a seat and sit and chat,
And after we've sat, We'll both understand,
And demand that something change.
