That's what a Freespirit is all about. Having the Freedom to go one's own way, without someone telling you what to do, or tieing you down in any way.
I like where you went with this.
Remember an old song by Kathy Young called You Don't Own ME? This poem reminds me of that song.

I always remember this verse being quoted, though i don't know where from. A meaningful poem Gloria which contains such truth and value to it.
