Loneliness is alone with people all around
You need to be held and there's no arms to be found
Loneliness is sleeping single in a queen size bed
When you reach out and find empty space instead
Loneliness is when you laugh and cry and nobody is there
It's when you have plans and dream and nobody to share
Loneliness is the empty feeling,nothing seems to fill
And you know unless it is that special person nothing will
I live a full life with dreams and plans but I too get lonely
Loneliness steps in when life is about you only
Loneliness keeps me comany many a night
When I'd rather have been being held tight
But I know not just anybody can fill the space
It takes someone special to take lonelinesses place
