Night Out
There was no real joy, just a drunken misperception
Stories were bought and sold with a cheap shot and a beer chaser
Normally, the two men would clash
Planet Earth
You would think that it thought - but not
Not one single thought from the genius plot
Yet there is no more to offer than the offering it gives
Offering all of itself and more
life
If life is but a race
and all life must join in
it is a certain certainty
that death will allways win
Reality
The world is not how we want it
There could allways be something to change
That's why if you don't like the words that I say
Fuck you, fuck me. fuck we
Beware the unreligious -relijianus
Religion is olny a word to me
Religion is only a fantasy
Listen to me and do as I say
Or you will have my hell to pay
Interpret the book however you might
Diamonds laced with gold
You're everywhere I look
And in everything I feel
You're my golden ray of sunshine
And the daisies in my field
But though this doesn't near describe
The wonders that you hold
Tainted
She went downtown with her gewgaws on her lips her neck and fingertips
And in her gig the men would drink thier wiskey, gin and beer
Then in the darken haze of night when love was made and spoken
Each life
Each life is a philosophy
a salutary comb
pervading humanity
together; alone
in search of sacred portals
and purpose to unfold
experiential seasons
in gardens we have grown
