Are you Blind?

Are you blind?
I am right here,
Been here for years…
Can’t you help wipe my tears?

Are you blind?
You did something horrible,
Something never to be told,
Can’t believe you did something so cold…

Are you blind?
What you did was ridiculous,
What you did was ludicrous,
To me, it was lugubrious…

Are you blind?
That day was life changing,
But to you, it meant nothing,
Can’t you see me suffering?

Are you blind?
For you, I lost friendships,
For you, I went through hardships,
For you, I held onto the relationship…

Are you blind?
For you, my love is what I give,
For you, I will still forgive,
But please stop being abusive…

Are you blind?
You got me disappointed,
With anger I didn’t know existed,
You made me feel neglected,
You don’t know how much I was affected…

Are you blind?
I show my love purposely,
To show, I love you deeply,
And I will always show loyalty…

Are you blind?
You bruised me physically,
Yet, I still care for you affectionately,
You scarred me eternally,
Yet, I still love you passionately…

Beautiful

Almost haunting. It's like a response I wish I'd hear to a poem I wrote for someone long ago.

Peace & Blessings!
