Cedric was a funny guy
him and Tommy laughing
always asked the sargent
for the same hole
buddies they did it all
never far apart
they played a game
called it quick draw
on the relief truck
would pull M-16's up
as if they were cowboys
Tommy got Cedric
between the eyes
never cleared his weapon
spent his life in Leavenworth
but I don't think
he even knew.......
