The Politician's Wife at a Press Conference

She stands behind her man,
Mona Lisa hanging in a gallery,
Stared at by the curious crowd.

Isn't she the perfect wife,
So loyal and understanding
Of her husband's escapades?

Or has he promised her the moon?
