Unspoken words
Unspoken words shadow my heart,
Lock and key, kept well apart,
Lying on two different hearts.
A soul that must be bled,
Passion needs to be fed.
To speak these words.
I would rather die,
For each and every time I try,
Something comes in the way,
I am lost for another day.
Travelling to find my place,
In my time, by my pace.
The fear consumes my mind,
The hills that I must climb,
May they fall and crumble at my feet,
Until I have my retreat.
The words that are unspoken,
Are left this way,
Because you know them,
I need not say.
