FLOYD

Scrooge had the ghosts
Of past, present, future
But I got Heywood Floyd
By day he was my parole man
And my guardian angel at night

But old Judge Wapner
Thought that wasn't enough
That I needed a therapist too
He assigned Jimmy Page to fulfill that role
Which he did with a lick and a tune

Floyd and I
We spent the time
Changing things just so
And Page reinforced
Floyd's teachings
With his fender and his bow

When Floyd thought
He had taught me enough
He handed the reins to me
I avoided disasters
And saved people's worlds
With a guitar tuned to a "D"

(This is based on an incredibly strange but wonderful
lucid dream that I had many years ago...lol--Kel )
