Dear God, Father,
What has become of me?
Why are my eyes closed
Like an infant?
Ignorant, scared and lost.
Why do I refuse to see
You do care for me?

Dear God, Lord,
What has happened now?
Your will, I asked for –
Your answers were obvious
But I cannot hear.
You called me to serve
Yet I’m so reluctant.

Dear Father, My Savior,
What joy I feel now
Surer than I ever was
You are with me
Doing things in Your Name!
Me of little faith
You of great courage
I live in You.
