A Place

I want to find a place,
A place to call my own,
A place that’s far and empty,
A place that’s still unknown.

I’m looking for a place,
That no one’s ever found.
Maybe on the mountain peeks,
Maybe underground.

I’m sure there’s such a place,
It’s a place I’m going to find.
And it won’t have the problems,
That I’m going to leave behind.

It’s a place or pure perfection,
Without rules or hurt or pain.
But mankind may never go there,
So over it, he cannot reign.

It will be my place of refuge,
To let me feelings go,
To dream my dreams to their full extent,
And forget the logic I know.

This place will make sense to no one,
Its construction they won’t understand.
With wonderful creatures so bizarre,
Nowhere else will they be seen by man.

So amazingly created,
It could never be duplicated,
With a polka-dot sky and fertile land,
And an ocean that’s gold plated.

I want to find this place,
No matter how long I roam.
But if, in the end, it doesn’t exist,
Then I’ll make it on my own.

really sweet....

this poem is fresh and light to read and you can tell you have wild imagination....
''It will be my place of refuge,
To let me feelings go,
To dream my dreams to their full extent,
And forget the logic I know.''
