Who are we??
It’s a bit of a riddle, a bit of a game
We’re not related but our names are the same
Our children are cousins and that makes them kin
So where in this riddle do we two fit in
We’re internet buddies, a couple of pals
We email each other, two feisty old gals
Two feisty old gals with hearts big as Texas
So to answer this riddle .. we’re a couple of ex’s

Explanation ... We were married to brothers. So we are ex-wives and also ex-sisters in law. I wrote this little verse for my ex-sil and email buddy on her Birthday which happens to be today. Happy Birthday Yvonne.

first I thought it was going to be a riddle until you explained at the end of the poem what a coincidence for you both to be married to brothers, not many can say that good peom Lorrie enjoyed the read.

It's not a coincidence as such. We didn't know each other first, we met because we married brothers. We have only seen each other a couple of times over the past 20 years or so because she now lives on the other side of the country but we stay in touch through the internet. Gotta love the internet.
