Fresh cut grass
on a summer night,
Fenway Park
kids delight!
Leather gloves
front row seats
wooden bats
nothing beats!
Popcorn, candy
Fenway frank
Manny Papi
see them “crank’.
Single, double
homerun kings,
boy, they have
such mighty swings!
I sit and can’t
believe my eyes
I’m up front
so, mesmerized…
Ball girl
bat boy
Crackerjacks
where’s my toy?
Stadium lights
7th inning
Sweet Caroline
are we winning?
Tie game
V- tech
get a hit
who’s on deck?
Foul ball
above my head
help me please
before I’m dead!!!
Drunk, man
please behave
here it comes

There's nothing like a 'wahk' into Fenway 'Pahk'. Where Green Monsta arcs in the 'dahk'...Anyways... this was a good poem, just love that place

Back in my day it was Rico Petrocelli, Frank Malzone and of course Yaz. And the Fenway franks were the best damed hot gogs I ever ate. I even got to see Jimmy Piersal play a few games at Fenway...what a hoot he was.

yaz is everyones favorite im sure. i recall all those guys. my dad had me watching basbeball at an early age. did i ever tell you guys, he was on the Yankee Farm Team? well, he was. he never made it to the "bigs" though ...he was a lefty first baseman.
