There’s no more maybe to it
All the signs declare – ‘I Win’
I’m now on the other side
My new beginning begins.

Yesteryear’s pathetic smile
Has no power anymore,
Knowledge from my school-yard years
Returned, weathering the storm.
Those two different suicides
Now derailed for him and I,
And if love could pull me through
I’ll give it a chance this time.
My victory’s now complete
I’m moving full steam ahead,
To the other side of me
Away from impending death,
I will make it there’s no doubt
It’s one step then another,
I’m not scared of death no more
Cause it’s pushed away farther.

There’s no maybe, maybe not
Only bet your life I can,
Now let’s see what happens, since
My new beginning’s began.
