THE BEST FATHER
There is a man, on this earth, who has the honor of a king
Sometimes it might not look that way, but you can always trust in him,
He’s righteous right down to the care, and just as moral as they come
A blueprint for perfection and is loved completely by his sons.
He reared us with authority as love glimmered in his eyes
He made us better people through his constant discipline and pride,
At times, we used to think that our dad was punishing us harder
Then the other kids around, but only we had the best father.

There is a man, on this earth who has sympathy just like the lord
And his two most awesome creations, you could tell that he adored,
Most of the time we gave him hell, because we thought we knew it all
But in comparison to him, our personality is small.
He always took an interest in the recreations that we chose
And was present to defend us when we had to oppose our foes,
Just like the sensitivity of our one and only mother
We could always rely on the fact that we had the best father.

There is a man, upon this earth who is the reasons for these words
If you tell him something, you can be guaranteed that it was heard,
So, if you want to meet this man, this person that I call father
You need only to find a man who has the name of Wayne Parker.
He’s courteous to a fault, although this really needs no mention
You should already know this, if you have given your attention,
What I’ve written is the truth about a man who’ll be a martyr
So, in conclusion I now thank the man who is the best father.
