A Blissful Depression and a Lonely Bliss

A mournful state of mediocrity,
And the blissful elegance of laziness.
A lonely dogma of insecurity
Which paved the way to craziness.

Such depression, oh, such depression,
When does it end?
Vain obsession, gradual oppression,
May it never lend.

This agony gave me no rest.
A friend he became indeed.
He outsmarted the rest,
Yet a monster in deed.

Where's is thy sting, Death?
Ye that gives pain unimaginable.
Where's thy love, Life?
Save me from this fire unquenchable!
