HAUNTED DARE
We came to
An old empty house
Ivey covering the walls
Leaded windows old
A solid oak door
Weather worn
Inside was very dark and dank
Cob webs and dust
Covers all
The floor boards they creek
As we walked
The only lights are the candles and torch
Were here for the night
Awaiting a haunt
We sit in a circle
Holding hands
A glass in the middle
Ready for a séance
A chant of safety
To protects us all
We are now ready
To explore
Is their any spirits near?
Please give us a sign
A knock on the floor
A tap from behind
A move of the glass
Will be fine
Did you hear that!!!
It came
From over there
Awwwwwe!!!
The table just floated
Into the air
Please move this glass
And give us your name
We ask can we help you
In any way
Oooooohhhhhhhh!!!
I just felt
Some one touch my face
We feel it
Getting cold
As our hearts
Starts to race
Hey!!!…look at that
The glass starts to move
We ask
If the spirit
Meant us harm
The glass
Just kept moving
Around and around
One of us shrieks
I’ve had enough
Let’s close this board
And head for home
The glass fly’s off
Into the air
The spirit dose not!!!
Wants us here
We close…….. and leave
In hurried…….fear.
