My Precious Amberlee
Amberlee, my Amberlee
Thou art not forsaken
Apart of my eternal memory
Infinitely awakened
Forever engraved upon my heart
You shall never fade
Though we have been apart
This love grows everyday
How hard to have patience
In the face of a lifetime
Never is my heart vacant
You've been with me all this time
I pray for a day to come
My precious Amberlee
To let this love shine like the Sun
Between you and me

a mother's love
I know exactly how your feel, you express your love beautifully, Miranda, great job! There is nothing like a mother's love for her child. I know it well!
joyce
=)
I get alot of inspiration from those around me who I love the most. 3 Daughters, 1 Son, 3 Sisters, and 1 Brother. My brother writes short stories. Anyone know a short story site that's any good? He and Casey are the siblings I am closest to. The angry poems are probably about my other 2 sisters! haha. My 2 daughters I wrote for live with their Father a long way away, I write about them alot.

I embrace my desire to
feel the rhythm, to feel connected
enough to step aside and weep like a widow
to feel inspired, to fathom the power,
to witness the beauty, to bathe in the fountain,
to swing on the spiral
of our divinity and still be a human.
