Daffodil
Never was there such a lovely sight
As a carpet of gold under silvery moonlight
A welcome hearth enticing me this night
To rest my head upon perfumed delight
Oh daffodil you fill this place
With wanton beauty and simple grace
All strife fades away without a trace
For you bring smiles to this my weary face
Little flower on this rugged hill
Gift of God born to please and thrill
I can never do you justice with my quill
For in your presence my heart grows still

Great write, beautiful
Great write, beautiful visuals,the only two words i didnt like was 'wanton beauty'it doesnt appeal to me. {all the magic of this world,
dwells within you,
an eternity of years,
and its all you ever needed to know.}
