I can't go no place without my Ipod
I need to hear my Stevie wonder music.
His songs just inspire me more and more
to write from my soul. I want to write something
as brilliant as "superstitious."
When I ride the train
after a hard day of school.
I be tired as hell and ready to go
to sleep. but once I play "that girl"
I can't help but to put my sunglasses on
move my head softly to the beat, and
quietly stomp my feet.
One of my favorite hobbies is to
cruise around downtown Chicago,
blasting Stevie wonders music
through the stereo.
I Sing to the songs, imagining myself
performing for the people I ride by.
I'm not shy anymore- I keep on singing
while people cross the street at the red light.
I love it and I think the people do too.
I watch Stevie old and new concerts on
"youtube." I learned his style and try to
mimic some of his moves.
I get good responses
I see people dancing
and clapping their hands.
I get a thumbs up and some
even want to shake my hand.
It makes me feel good inside and out
to see others happy.
I get this tremendous adrenaline
flow while behind the wheel.
I can't help myself I give it my all.
It's so hard to conceal.
