My husband, you are the one I chose for life,
To live forever more as man and wife.

With an exchange of rings and a sealing kiss,
We two became one, united in bliss.

Our vows to comfort, honor, and cherish,
Along with our love shall never perish.

Just as with that ring, with this poem, I thee wed,
To live as one, wherever our lives be led.
