Dawn
Moments of magic came
As a willow can tame
Its stillness is a peace
Oh, love shall never cease
Untouched and so unmoved
As sounds of summer groved
I met her at the pond
Oh, nature waves a wand
Filled the air, sparrows sing
Two hearts wild, will love cling?
Tossing stones in the pond
Just before the new dawn
Stillness of the willow
Like a cushioned pillow
Do succomb to this love
Morning sings with a dove
Finding each other's light
As the darkness takes flight
As they surrender love
With the morning's sweet dove

dwells within you,
an eternity of years,
and its all you ever needed to know.}

That was so incredibly beatiful. I read this without a thought of what to expect, and I was completely blown away. Your words were ordered brilliantly and told such a wonderful tale. I am absolutely in love with this poem. You have done an extraordinary job writing this masterpiece. This was so touching, it was extremely close to making me cry!
My heart sings in the joy that poetry has brought to me, and I can feel what I can only imagine are the wings it has grown fluttering against my ribcage, waiting to escape so it can fly to find the one it was made to complete.
