Sneak into the night,
Under my balcony we'll meet...
After I had fallen,
I landed at your feet...

I stared into your eyes,
Swirling deep with blue...
You smiled at me,
As I smiled back at you...

At that very moment,
I knew our lives would change...
You grabbed my hand a ran!
With no one in our range...

In hours I grew tired,
As you took me in your arms...
You still ran as I dreamed,
With no waking alarms...

I awoke to rushing water,
As I stood up in sand...
I turned and saw the ocean,
As you swiftly grabbed my hand...

You pulled my arm and ran,
With our feet stomping harder...
I began to laugh and smile,
As we glided to the water...

Within its shallow depths,
We slowly danced and swayed...
You held me close at dawn,
As we began a new day...

We didn't move for hours,
We swayed slowly in our dance...
To the tunes of rushing water,
We were stuck inside a trance...

At dusk we pulled away,
And stared in each others eyes...
We didn't speak at all,
For a fear of any lies...

Although we had no lies,
We couldn't stop our smile...
I tried to say somthing meaningful,
But it took a long while...

"I love you" I had said,
And you brought me close in an embrace...
After a while you pulled away,
And placed your hand upon my face...

You stared at me and smiled,
As I felt a glaze wash over my eyes...
You brought your face closer to mine,
And I realized we would never say our last goodbyes...

As you came closer to me,
I realized this moment I would miss...
Our lips softly met,
As we shared our very first kiss...
