Such an odd occurrence
me and my mentor and dad in the faith

such an ironic fate
and such a lovely tale of God bringing together things

From an ex-record producer
and a faithful Nirvana fan

Someone who used to send in his own people to give him praise
and someone who even through popularity's tide did stay

This is an amazing story of amazing grace
taking what is two
and bringing them together
and giving Him praise

though he does know about music
and what was popular to me was lame
