is not in shallowness
though that is the first stronghold
if goods are taken from Jericho

My own sin towards me
is it's manifestations when I am not walking according to it

and this is the battle against the soul
and the race to win

Surely I have entered in
and this is boasting
but neither towards God nor men
but of the grace, faith, and love of the LORD
the Father, Son, and Spirit

The battle is against the soul and not the flesh
because the battle against the flesh
is fully won by the cross
as we are always carrying it
have we His promises

The battle is against the soul
even for those who enter in
because it is the lie which is in the air and second heaven
also seeking to encircle
that there won't be believing
but that one will quit

and for this I have Romans 7
just as I starve this
because conviction is before repentance
or else there is only left to honor with the lips

And this is darkness' ploy
not the light's
because it says that loving and believing
when we can't see
is foolishness
even to the point of unto death loving still the incomplete life

I know and believe
though I can not see
it is love for you
and praise to the King

And the lamenting and mourning and weeping
is the positioning
to take away the enmity
that is present after goods are taken from Jericho
and this is also the fasting, praying, chastening
and as Lot- soul torturing
though Psalm 42 and Isaiah 58 grasp the understanding
