Bridge
Sitting in the wilderness is a bridge
resting on banks,
a precipice
lies below. Cascading water
flows over the boulders
coursing over,
rushing
to a destination downstream.
Rocks smoothed by time
mossy, slippery
green.
The bridge connects one side to the other.
Trees loom close casting shadows
across the waterfall,
sunlight emerges
through the
screen.
Gems within the rocks
sparkle with the
light.

Wonderful imagery...
sounds like a peaceful place...
reminds me of this "guided meditation" track I used to listen to called Crystal Cave.
Peace and Love,
Frank
peaceful
It is a real place, peaceful, untouched. raskin

This poem is nice and smooth, with very clear images! Your language
is smooth and mellow: "Gems within the rocks/sparkle with the/light."
