Laughter in the lagoon
In the lagoon Luis floated, lolling,
lamenting the belief of the laity.
His thinking a labyrinth.
A lackluster sky he looked at,
languishing in a languid landscape.
Lanky legs lie in the lake, limp.
A splash he heard, lifting his head, looking.
Later in the distance a ripple, then a laugh.
Silliness was not part of his lament, listening
again a lavish rich giggle erupted like a bubble.
He swiveled his launch another chortle,
leaving a smile where none had been.
Leaning he saw a smile and laughed,
a legend he looked at,
dipping his limb in the lake
a libretto loosened from his lips.
Finally liberated from the limp lucidity.
Seeing the light as luminous
the sky now glimmered.
Ending the litany of laments,
laughing at the literacy of lampooning,
literally.
Smiling he heard the lady giggle.
Luis was illuminated.

Ok Now, Let Me See
Esther,
If I'm reading this right Luis learned to loosen up and laugh from the laconic Lady of the Lake and he left there loser and much more lanquid than he had arrived. Is tha about it?
Lefty
oh no Lars
he was singing a way different tune then the one he came with. The lady is a bit of a rascal. Thanks for reading. Emily
The question
for your lars is did he see his own smile or anothers smile? What changed him? emily
I don't know
Camille,
