Chocolate I love
milk chocolate bars
I pick up at the
gas station
for a quick bite
or place them in the freezer
to save for later
and eat it cold.
Semi-sweet morsels
in bags
eat them by the handful,
or put them in cookies
warm, oozing chocolate.
Dark chocolate is king,
covering vanilla ice cream,
or a truffle of complete
chocolate through and through,
covered in bitter-sweet dust.
I place it in my mouth
tasting the creamy
sweetness,
bitterness
the memory of the
flavor stays with
me.
